Dave, yes - been a while heh?? I'm looking forward to seeing you and Mike again.

Looks like there'll be a good turnout from the c.o.r.e. folks - a couple riding down from Cleveland, one or two from the Southeast, a bunch from Columbus and I think Breeze is riding over with some guys from the Dayton area.

So, if the weather holds out, it could be a BIG ONE!!

yee haah!!

if i'm not there by 715a, don't wait any longer for me. i'm undecided on doing this ride or doing something local instead.

According to accuweather.com here's the forecast for tomorrow:

Zanesville, OH
Warm with sun and some clouds
High 67 F

Cincinnati, OH
Warm with periods of clouds and sunshine
High 67 F

Looks like great riding for both areas!

Dave and I will be @ the Shell Station mentioned earlier in this thread at 7am. Leaving for Zanesville shortly after.

Mike

Hmmm... here's a bit of information I just discovered and I'm not too happy about.

The Lighthouse is under new management and doesn't open til noon now.

I'm suggesting to everyone to keep this as our meeting place though as there are people coming from all over - then once we're there decide where to go for breakfast/lunch (there are millions of places up the road in Z'ville).. Thereafter, maybe post up a note by the door for latecomers if we switch venues..

Sorry about this blip..

I did find out the Lighthouse Inn phone number though - (740) 452 6022...

So, let's stick to plan A: meeting at The Lighthouse at 10.00.

No need for a compromise Bill, I'll head up, and over , your way. Just name the place, date and time.

mike

Well the 130 trip up at 7 am to the top of 555 was a bit nip but if it was easy it might not be as fun... The first 30 miles going south was cool but then it turned into a gravel road after 1 rider had a small get off........ Its gonna take a twister to clear all the gravel off 555 SO BECAREFUL next ride down 555...

Dean Mike and I managed to sneak in a little less than 400 miles after a long long winter

Too bad it wasn't twenty five bikes. Oh well, someone had to be the medic on duty in M O'ville.

Great ride after the long long winter for sure! Not as windy as the past couple of weekends and lots more sun = lots warmer

Yeah, 555 wasn't _quite_ as fun as the last time we rode it...but man am I glad we took 550 west instead of taking 555 all the way down to 32. 550 rocked!

I still think we should email a picture of all those bikes and a copy of all of our receipts from Bob Evans to the new owners of the Lighthouse Inn. Perhaps they'd think about opening for brunch on the weekend?
