New Policy on Banning Users
Although the Moderators and Staff have been reluctant to do so in the past, from this day forward, users whom continually violate the LocalRiders.com Rules/Guidelines will be moderated by handing out temporary and permanent bans.
Hopefully by increasing our user moderation, we will decrease the need to moderate posts.
